For orders placed via our Website or telephone we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, JCB.

**Please note: All Quill Exhausts are hand built to order, and as such are not subject to cancellation or returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you order the correct silencer for your model, if unsure please contact us for verification.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. (such as *Force Majeure events). In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.
Time will only be of the essence if you have agreed this in advance with us at the time of placing your order.

Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

UK deliveries are sent by CityLink. European Union and all other International deliveries are by Royal Mail Parcels.

UK delivery charges: Free to UK Mainland Only.
There will be an extra charge if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight. Please contact us before placing an order on this website.
