Why choose Quill?....
At Quill we have been hand-making exhaust systems and silencers since the 1980's. Initially these were built as 'one off' race systems for numerous factory road-racing teams, but demand was such that we decided to supply the highest quality hand-built silencers to the public. Recently we have expanded our range to include the latest technology and modern designs to include the Evo 2 and Tri-Oval, and our 'new babys' the awesome GP1 and the impressive PowerCone.
We are the only manufacturer of the Quill range, including the World famous and most sought after road legal, race exhaust silencer - the ' T3'. Quill Exhausts is influenced on the Akrapovic design, recognised to be the best motorcycle exhausts in the world, with the addition of Quill's years of race & road knowledge gained over 25 years of experience.
Quill Exhausts have used the best engineering components & technology; Our Exhausts are based on a 120 diameter mm (other exhausts which are based on 110 mm diameter), which gives a better sound absorption, thus allowing our lifetime warranty.

With our performance exhausts there is no need to re-fuel or re-jet, and our unique, original T3 'airflow' design gives you race can performance after 4500rpm (complete with the sound!) whilst still being road legal (T3 and Evo2 with removable baffle), with no police or MOT problems. Three basic materials are used for creating exhaust systems: stainless steel, high grade titanium, and pre impregnated ultra light carbon fibre with high tensile strength and temperature resistance. The titanium used in Quill Exhausts is stronger and 40% lighter than stainless steel. Continuous technological development accompanied by fresh design ideas that are guided by aesthetics and performance.
All our silencers have a 'can for life' warranty.
